1...2...3... Clear Your Mind Now!

We help you take the first step to be at peace with yourself. Clear your mind of questions and doubts that do not help you to move forward on the path of life.

“I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” 1 Corinthians 1:10

How many times do we find ourselves thinking "I don't have enough time" or we think "Is the day already over? Nowadays, modern societies force us to perform a race of activities and fulfill a heavy schedule of commitments in order to make us feel "good" and "busy". Most of the tasks are linked to work, training, and perfecting knowledge or simply body shaping, leaving us with a sense of ephemeral satisfaction. When we return home, the least we have left is energy and time to devote to what should really be more important: our loved ones, our family.

“Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” 1 Timothy 5:8

We must then set out to change our priorities. It will greatly improve our quality of life by valuing what really matters. We must be able to be selective and in that discernment, cut back on those actions and things that do not really connect us with a Christian purpose. We must even value living with fewer burdens. Are we not cluttered with material items that are considered "fundamental" to subsistence? Thinking that they confer us a "status" or "social class", we immerse ourselves in a shopping spree in order to belong and be recognized as peers. At that precise moment, when we realize that we should not run after that imaginary "carrot", we must now ask ourselves if the family is close and if we dedicate enough time to love them and spend time with them.

“God created marriage, but He also created a "family", and this must be given great importance since we cannot have strong ministries and strong churches if our family is weak. Therefore, we urge you to strengthen your family in Christ by the power of the Word of our God.” Exodus 20:12

To express the essence of God, we must love without ties or limits. Our heart full of faith and hope was conceived by our Lord with that life intention. Such acts of love will have consequences, since they will increase our desire to draw closer to the Holy Spirit, redefining the purpose of our lives. From love, we can forgive and it is precisely the one in charge of binding and holding families together forever, creating an imprint in the interior of our loved ones. We must get closer to each other, forgive any kind of rancor that may exist, be moved by being able to laugh and cry with that fundamental pillar, which happens to be the first one to be there in critical moments or times of extreme need.

Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord! Proverbs 16:20

Many of us carry as our own some concerns that do not belong to us and that generates a storm of bad thoughts, taking us away from the focus of the things that give true meaning in life, our relationship with God, with our family, our own physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Balance is necessary, we must learn to live that way.
