Even though we are going through a difficult time, we cannot forget that God loves and protects us at all times. It is the same with all our loved ones, family, friends and people around us.

If we manage to work in patience, being generous with those who need it, maintaining serenity, we will be aligned with the path of spiritual healing.

We must emerge from our anxieties and fears, finding inner growth in the hands of the Lord.

If we manage to generate spaces of connection with the Sacred Word, we will be able to prayerfully trust each day more and more in the Grace of the Lord.

When we have the feeling that we are experiencing critical moments in our journey, we should always know that the Heavenly Father will guide us in His eternal wisdom.

With some blessing, in the form of help surely, we will be able to perform some kind of action or decision making that will allow us to improve and solve whatever is happening at this moment in our lives.

God has given us gifts and virtues, which emerge in these moments. It is a good time to thank and develop these forgotten and hidden talents in our inner being. As we are often focused on other situations and variables of the routine context, we really forget the power of the Holy Spirit.

By concentrating on positive thoughts, we open the doors to positive attitudes and activities that are, in the end, the actions that will make us walk safely on the path of the Lord.


"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

In these modern times when we seem to live in a generalized confusion, a vital characteristic that we must not lose sight of is to maintain our commitment to the work of the Lord.

Our Father is all-powerful and shows us every day his infinite wisdom and strength.

With all his examples we learn day by day how to overcome adversity by leaning on him. Knowing that He will never abandon us and that only our commitment to the Holy Spirit can alleviate our emotional burdens.


"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." Philippians 4:8

One of the most obvious symptoms that we are straying from the path turns out to be some reactions, responses or thoughts that appear in our mind and heart. It is key and necessary to maintain with strength and conviction, a balance of gratitude for the Lord.

When we seek refuge in the Word, we have the certainty that peace will be reborn in our inner being and that together with the Wisdom of God, we will achieve the balance to better understand the role that we have to put into practice at this time of the journey.


"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

It is precisely through Prayer that we have the wonderful possibility of being closer to His illumination. 

The Lord helps us to transform negative thoughts into lasting confidence in his work and Faith.

That is why it is necessary to ask with all our strength our Heavenly Father to replace despair with equilibrium, anguish with peace and the feeling of loneliness with the certainty of having close to us wonderful people who guide us.

The Lord will bring light into our lives, listening to our petitions and relieving our burdens, never forget that.
