A Healthy Practice for Our Lives

One of the fundamental actions to feel better in our daily life. Learn right now in the following article how to act on the path to wellness.

"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." John 15:13

Do you sometimes feel "outside the herd"? We are always present in different spaces, circles of friends and family. Many times we stand out as friendly and sociable people. Other times we may stand out as the person who works the hardest, or the one who always cooks, or the one who can play an instrument.

Other times we are special in almost invisible ways, and we may even feel out of place.

But beware! You may not be noticing the importance of the role you play and how special you are to the Lord.

Not going along with what many people feel or think makes you a special person with the Holy Spirit. Respecting your personal times and thoughts can become your strength. Allow yourself to be that tree that blooms with God when others have lost their leaves.

"Whoever would foster love covers over an offense, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends." Proverbs 17:9

These are times to practice compassion. Understanding that the people we cross paths with in the path of our Heavenly Father are probably going through different times than the one we are going through.

This is what empathy is all about and putting ourselves in other people's shoes. Being able to feel identified with other brothers and sisters, allowing a level of reading without ties, without veils and without judgments.

The importance of growing with God is clear during the process and throughout the journey that can be restructured from the awareness of our faith, without blaming ourselves unnecessarily or punishing ourselves when something does not happen as we planned with God.

"Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken!" Ecclesiastes 4:12

Many times we have felt out of step with the Holy Spirit and with the love that the Lord gives us.

Knowing the Heavenly Father in depth is something magical and manages to occupy the head and heart of people when they least planned it.

We should not despair, the key is to understand that our personal times often do not coincide with those that the Holy Spirit presents. We go through stages in different ways and forms in life, and wanting to forcefully fit into something will deprive you of enjoying the blessings of the Lord. Allow yourself to respect the rhythm of your life, without being overwhelmed by a pressure that does not exist. The doors of your mind and heart will open in a timely manner as you allow the Glory of God and the hope in the Holy Spirit to pass through.

"The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." Psalm 121:7-8

It is never too late to undertake that project you always dreamed of. To take that journey with God that will help you heal. You can dedicate the time you need to reconnect with your spirituality and add love that comes from faith.

Many times it is pretended that changes of direction or new ventures happen at a certain time of life, but why should this be so? Dare to break with these precepts and follow your path with the Heavenly Father.

Even if it is your own and very personal idea, try to blossom a thousand times throughout your life, that is what God's love for each son and daughter is all about!
