Maybe you think you can't afford to trust others. Surely you have had bad experiences, betrayals, events that you cannot forgive and that have also represented a disappointment for you. Trust is what allows us to connect with people, to create a space of trust, to share experiences.
The Lord trusts you. In everything you decide and do as his representative in this world.
If you keep yourself in a constant state of defense, you will not allow our Heavenly Father to access your spirituality and your feelings. Today the Lord invites you to let it flow and truly connect with the Holy Spirit.
"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Romans 12:21
To achieve trust with God we must feel 100%. If you find it difficult to trust yourself or other people, we must try to learn to love the other from the security and trust, not looking for conflicts or tie us to dark places.
Identify if you are generating problems or conflict situations during your days. Also try to reconnect with prayer and the Word of God. There you will find many passages and stories that will help enlighten you, with concrete examples where Jesus showed us that with love and respect we can overcome any adversity. Always remember that in this life we are on the path of good, trying to learn and heal our inner self.
"But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high" Psalm 3:3
Distrust will cause your mind to work in a wearing way. For you not only elaborate theories in your head, but fantasies that hardly relate to reality.
You can only trust in the glory of the Holy Spirit. Think of the fact that you have received the blessing of Our Father that makes you a unique and beautiful being of light.
You have to know that thoughts of distrust are easily triggered, but you are the one who has the mechanism to stop them.
What we can do is to build an original and pure trust, which is progressive, which is built with time and love, supported by the Holy Spirit.
This is not based on words alone, it will be based on Faith and actions that go hand in hand.
"You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world." 1 John 4:4
Words alone are carried away by time, they are useless if we do not manage to support them with a real commitment.
Having confidence in the glory of God, leaning on the people around us and guiding us with prayer, will allow us to overcome individualism. Building healthy and lasting bonds, relationships of solidarity with the Heavenly Father will help us to exercise and expand the love of Jesus.
It will depend on our spiritual openness and our heart to cooperate, to agree and enjoy the affection and affection that accompanies us on the path of the Lord.
Let us know ourselves as we are, without appearances or deception. Allow your loved ones to do the same, allow them to show themselves as they live their lives, you will discover that each person has something to teach you and that will help you to improve as a son or daughter of God.
