Confirming Our Spiritual Values

Cultivating our spiritual bond on a daily basis will help us evolve as beings of light. Learn in the following article how to have a vision for your learning path.

"For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light." Psalm 36:9

If you stop to think a little about the essentials of emotional and spiritual care, you can then expand your Faith towards God. His blessings will help you at every step but you are the person responsible for your care and your decisions.

You have all the conditions to evolve healthily and have a good life. But you must work for it: listen to the voice of the Lord that speaks to you from your heart. If you manage to connect it with the Holy Spirit, it will nourish your body, filling you with positive energy and His glory.

Let go of that stone, that weight that keeps you in the shadows of loneliness. Return to the path of your care and respect for the values of the Faith. You will reap good things for you and yours if you listen to Jesus who nourishes us with love and purity.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

Balancing and nurturing our relationship with the Lord is a daily task. We must give everything in the same measure that we long to receive.

If we stay prayerfully communicating with the Lord, making decisions according to His will and aligning ourselves with His Divine purpose, then surely we can achieve the necessary peace in our hearts.

Do you really believe that you can establish a deeper bond with the Holy Spirit?

Step by step, day by day, week by week, your emotions will be cemented and you will slowly understand how you are moving forward with the Heavenly Father.

"For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." John 6:33

You can deepen your bond with the Holy Spirit right now. If you are interested, you can do it today: by investing time to take care of yourself.

By reading God's Word, you will nourish your mind and heart with unique teachings. You already know, every change you make will be welcome in your life and you will be able to generate new habits that will bless you with improvements in your daily life.

Embark on this path by retaking the values that are the foundation of our lives. Respecting our neighbors, trying to help them whenever they need it and of course loving all the people around us as equals. The Lord made it very clear in His Sacred Writings the way to forgive and to receive forgiveness in an authentic way.

"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.." John 14:6

Today you will have an assignment that will help you get to know yourself: you will do a mental exercise with memories from the past. You will put together an imaginary collage.

Look for moments of your past life. Open that memory chest without fear. Connect and bring back the images that reflect your life or your most genuine interests. Think of this collage as your autobiography. Think of 10 important moments in your life and give each one a title. Include your past, your present, your future and your desires.

Keep pulling until you have a good amount of images. Now arrange those memories in any order you like. How did the collage turn out? Do you feel good about those images? Do they show joy, sadness, melancholy? Of these 10 moments, which one is your favorite? Why? What's so special about it?

Sometimes results take time, but life has its cycle, if the soil is fertile and the seed is good, the result will appear. And it will be a strong and rich harvest. Take care of the sowing and be patient, because no one reaps before sowing. The Lord will always be with you, at all times and in all places.
