Anxiety is an emotion that we experience at different moments in our lives. Modern life subjects us to constant demands, and uncertainty about the future can generate concerns and states of unease in us that, if not managed properly, can lead to anxiety.

Anxiety manifests itself in our body in different ways. It can cause physical sensations such as a knot in the stomach or throat, which increases our level of stress. The feeling of distress can grow within us, making us feel fearful and insecure. What to do and how to proceed in these cases?

"But those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31

In times of uncertainty, it is important to remember that we have the strongest power in the universe on our side: we have Almighty God. He will guide and protect us for our good.

We have all been through difficult times when anxiety has taken hold of our hearts. The uncertain perception of the future makes us feel insecure and fearful, leading us to attitudes that we do not recognize.

It is important to talk to God to dispel the insecurity that invades us. We must ask the Most High for the wisdom to remain calm and not make hasty decisions that may harm us.

"Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

Christ invites us to rid ourselves of all anxiety generated by family problems, unemployment, diagnoses, or relationships. It is important to understand that God is not asking us to do this because our distress is not valid, but because He wants to free us from the burdens that are harming us.

Our Heavenly Father cares about our lives and every situation we go through, good or bad. He loves us just the way we are, and that is a reality that will never change, even if we sometimes have doubts.

We must remember that God's timing is perfect and different from ours. When our confidence wavers due to the tribulations we are going through, we are disregarding the Lord.

That is why it is important to sustain ourselves in the faith of Christ's word, to become familiar with God's love, which is the greatest of blessings.

"You will keep the mind that is dependent on you in perfect peace, for it is trusting in you." Isaiah 26:3

Anxiety is an emotion that we experience and that we must be able to direct outward and eradicate from our inner being.

Uncertainty can lead to anxiety and situations that we often believe we cannot resolve. It is important to remember that we have Almighty God on our side, and that we can pray to request His divine intervention.

When we realize the infinite love that the Most High professes to us, we can rest our heaviest burdens on Him. For that, we have to approach His mercy constantly with humility and sincere repentance.

As we get to know our Heavenly Father, our confidence begins to flourish, and we rest in faith, knowing that He will always be by our side and never allow a burden that we cannot bear. It is important to remember that God is with us at all times, and that we must not let anxiety stop us on our path to brotherly enlightenment.
