Fully Trusting in your Heart

When you need to trust always remember that we will be with you all the way. Discover in the following article the necessary pillars to regain that feeling together with the Holy Spirit.

"And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them." 1 John 4:16

Self-confidence is a vital life force that should always be present in our lives. Without it, it can be difficult to face the challenges that come our way on the road to happiness and inner peace.

Often, we go through our lives without stopping to question the most fundamental questions about our emotional and spiritual well-being.

We get caught up in the routine without asking ourselves if we are truly happy with our work, our love relationships, our family, our friends, our lifestyle or our connection to our Faith.

"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun." Psalm 37:5-6

But when we find ourselves in a moment of uncertainty or doubt, it is important to stop and make conscious decisions that will allow us to move forward on our path toward the light of God.

The Lord gives us the opportunity to take leaps of faith and strengthen our self-confidence. And our heavenly Father is always ready to guide and support us in every decision we make.

However, well-being and happiness are not an entitlement, but a construction that we must undertake with the help of the Holy Spirit. We cannot simply let our life take its course without intervening in it and without trusting ourselves.

We must measure the level of satisfaction and happiness that we experience in our daily lives and compare it with what we long for in our heart of hearts.

"The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" Hebrews 13:6

To achieve this, it is important that we do not close our eyes to reality and that we face our problems and challenges consciously and courageously. A good way to start is by approaching God in prayer and seeking His guidance and wisdom in every decision we make.

In this way, we will be able to connect with our heart and listen to what it really needs.

In addition, we must be willing to change those aspects of our life that do not satisfy us or make us unhappy.

This may involve seeking information, consulting others, or even asking for professional help if necessary. The important thing is that we make wise and firm decisions, and that we are confident in our ability to change what we do not like on our way to the Glory of God.

"Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Psalm 91:1-2

On the other hand, it is also important that we pay attention to our relationship with God. How do we feel in our relationship with him? Are we satisfied with our level of prayer and connection with him? Are we making efforts to follow his teachings and live according to his will?

If we feel dissatisfied in our relationship with God, it is important that we take steps to improve it. This may involve attending Mass more regularly, reading the Bible and other sacred texts, or even seeking out a prayer group or religious community where you can find spiritual support and guidance.

Self-confidence is a vital force that we must cultivate and maintain in our lives. To achieve this, we must be willing to face our challenges and problems consciously and courageously, and rely on God's guidance and support in every decision we make.

In addition, we must pay attention to our relationship with him and make sure that we cultivate it and keep it strong and healthy. If we do this, we will be able to move forward on our path to happiness and inner peace.
