June: The Month to Build a Stronger Heart

If we have a heart that wants to be healed we must strengthen it. Our way of loving and helping can be exercised. Learn how to do it now in the following article.


“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Our hearts will be on the right path allways. Christ will always show us, in His own way, the path to follow. But this does not mean that He will prevent us from stumbling over stones on it, but that He will show us the way to do things correctly. It is important in these cases to remember the value of counting on His holy guidance, which at times also tells us: This path will not be easy for you, rather it will be quite difficult, but remember that I will always be at your side and I will never let you fall.


“Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.” Proverbs 3:3-4

He blesses our hearts with His love. Christ also saves us by blessing us with His great love, which fills our hearts with the peace we need to overcome day by day as good people, as well as comforting us in the difficult moments we have to go through. That is why in difficult moments we must look inside our hearts, to find the peace that we long for in such circumstances.


“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love.” Ephesians 3:16-17

It keeps our hearts away from temptations. Because another way to save us is to keep us away from temptations but, of course, we have the gift of free will, so the final decision will always be in our hands. Let us remember then that the Holy counsel will be of no avail if we disregard His Divine word.


“If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:2

He loves our hearts as they are. Let us remember the importance of counting on His love, which is unconditional but which, above all things, does not judge us either for our past or for the decisions we make in the present or in the future. God loves us just as we are, precisely to urge us to do the same with our neighbor and thus avoid all unnecessary prejudice
