The New Year and the Opportunity to Heal

A special moment is approaching that will help us to start with a new and renewed perspective on life. In the following article you will find the necessary enlightenment to start shining in the new year.

"I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people." Ephesians 1:18

Opening your body and spirit to receive the Lord's blessings will surround your loved ones with positive energy. Try to provide opportunities for dialogue with those family members, friends and girlfriends who long to be near you. This will help you to release tensions and blockages that in many cases we impose individually, becoming rigid, trying to protect ourselves emotionally.

This closed attitude makes our muscles stiffen, we begin to have pains in the neck, back, and this affects the rest of our well-being. Above all, it causes our faith to shrink, our hope to rust, forgetting all that Jesus showed us on the Cross.

You have a great challenge ahead of you in this new 2024, do you have everything ready?

"But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect." 1 Peter 3:15

By surrendering our open hearts to the salvation of the Lord we learn and are formed on the basis of a mission of good. A path of experiences gained over time that helps us to be better people for our inner self and for the community and people around us. If you did not achieve some goals in 2024, do not worry, try to plan differently for the new year that is approaching.

In communion with your family and those who really know you, try to approach it in a loving, serene, peaceful and hopeful way, creating a fraternal union between the Holy Spirit and all your future decisions.

"There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called." Ephesians 4:4

As we open our doors to the new year, let us also open our hearts and spirits to receive divine blessings and light. This willingness will not only transform our lives, but will radiate positive energy to those we love most. It is crucial to seek opportunities to engage in dialogue with family and friends, allowing them to draw closer to us.

These moments of closeness and openness will not only release the tensions and emotional blocks that we individually impose on ourselves, but will also translate into physical and spiritual well-being. By letting go of this rigid attitude, our muscles relax, the physical discomfort in our neck and back decreases, and most importantly, our faith and hope expands, remembering the legacy that Jesus left us on the Cross.

"To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." Colossians 1:27

If in the year that is ending you did not achieve certain goals, do not worry. This new beginning is an opportunity to rethink the future. In communion with your family and those who really know you, approach it with love, serenity and hope. Cultivate a fraternal union between the Holy Spirit and your every decision. The new year presents itself as a blank canvas, ready to be painted with love, wisdom and gratitude for all that is to come.

Faced with the new challenge of 2024, are you ready for what is to come? This is the time to spread our spiritual wings and prepare for the road ahead. As we open our hearts to the Lord's salvation, we embrace a mission of goodness and love, forging a path of learnings acquired over time. This journey shapes us as human beings, guiding us toward inner growth and strengthening our bonds with the community around us.
